These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all websites, services, programs, products, and content operated by Keisha Movement (ABN 58553009819) — including massage therapy services under Keisha Movement Remedial Therapy, digital products, educational content, and affiliate recommendations.

By using this website, booking a service, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Keisha Movement

We are based in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia and provide:

• Remedial, therapeutic, sports, and holistic massage services

• Mobility, wellness, and movement education

• Digital programs, guides, memberships, and online courses

• Affiliate recommendations for wellness, tools, and lifestyle products

2. In-House Massage Bookings & Cancellations

By booking a massage treatment, assessment, or in-person service, you agree to:

• Minimum 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling

• Less than 12 hours’ notice → 50% cancellation fee

• No-shows → full fee may be charged

• Disclosing medical conditions, allergies, and injuries

• Treatment may be refused if unsafe or contraindicated

3. Digital Products, Programs & Memberships

You agree that:

• All content is for personal use only

• You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute content

• Access may require internet connection or approved platforms

• Due to the digital nature, refunds are not provided, except where required by law

• Technical issues or outages are not grounds for refunds

4. Consultations, Assessments & Online Services

All consultations (including Body Plan Assessments):

• Must be paid in full prior to the session

• May be rescheduled once at no charge

• Are forfeited for no-shows or a second reschedule

• Refunds follow the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy

5. Health, Wellness & Energetic Disclaimer

Keisha Movement provides physical, holistic, educational, and energetic support practices including massage, mobility, breathwork, and presence-led guidance.

You acknowledge that:

• Services do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions

• No guaranteed outcomes are promised

• You participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your health

• Keisha Movement is not liable for injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation

6. Affiliate Disclosure

Keisha Movement participates in affiliate programs such as Arbonne, Achedaway, and other wellness and lifestyle brands.

Some links may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

We only recommend products we genuinely use and trust.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, courses, videos, photos, guides, text, and digital products are owned by Keisha Movement.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Keisha Movement is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
