REFUND POLICY & DISCLAIMER

1. Digital Product Refunds
All sales of digital products are final.
This includes:
Guides
PDFs
E-books
Online programs
Courses
Memberships
Mobility routines
Digital downloads
Due to instant access, no refunds will be issued except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Consultation Refunds
Consultations must be paid in advance.
You may request a refund only if:
You attend your scheduled free Check-In Call within 7 days
You express dissatisfaction during the Check-In Call
A written request is submitted before or during your Check-In Call
Refund requests:
Are reviewed case-by-case
May be accepted or denied at our discretion
Are not guaranteed
Failure to attend the Check-In Call voids refund eligibility.
3. Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows (Consultations)
1 complimentary reschedule is allowed
A second reschedule or a no-show forfeits the session
A new booking is required to rebook
4. Massage Services Refunds
Payments for hands-on massage services are non-refundable once treatment is provided.
If you cancel within 12 hours, a 50% fee may apply.
No-shows may be charged the full fee.

We do not provide medical, physiotherapy, or psychological treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
Participating in any program or service is voluntary and at your own risk.
Keisha Movement is not responsible for injury, loss, or damages.
6. No Guarantees
Results vary due to individual circumstances, effort, consistency, health, and lifestyle.
We do not guarantee:
Specific physical outcomes
Business or financial success
Weight loss
Mobility improvements
Pain reduction
